TheGenie™ reserves the sole right at any time to modify, discontinue or terminate the Services, or modify the Terms of Service without notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. By continuing to use or access the Site and/or Services, you agree to be legally bound by the revised Terms of Service.
In the event that TheGenie™ has, in its good faith discretion, reason to suspect that your account has been subjected to and/or involved in fraudulent or infringing activities, TheGenie™ reserves the right to block your account until resolution of the suspect activities to the satisfaction of TheGenie™ is obtained.
To the extent that you owe any amount to TheGenie™ or other subsidiaries, TheGenie™ shall have the right to deduct all or a portion of such amounts from any Net Income otherwise payable to you.
In the event that TheGenie™ is presented with a claim of infringement of copyright, trademark, right of publicity or other intellectual property right, or a failure to comply with any third party license requirement or any other claim, if true, you agree that TheGenie™ may freeze or cancel your account.
If you do not provide a valid Payment Method your service may be disconnected or interrupted at the sole discretion of TheGenie™.
If you are subscribed to TheGenie™ under special pricing through The CANi Financial Planning Syndicate or IRONSHIELD Financial Planning, you are strictly required to use the Services solely for business conducted through these entities. Use of the Services for any other business purposes or outside these affiliations may result in additional charges as determined at the sole discretion of TheGenie™.
